1. How do I book a Coastal Accommodations property?

You’ll find our listings on most major booking platforms, but we always recommend booking directly through our website. It’s the most cost-effective way to reserve your stay—third-party channels often add service fees. Just select your preferred property or enter your travel dates (check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:30 AM) to view availability. Need help? We’re happy to send a quote via email or assist by phone or text—whatever works best for you.

2. What’s included in the rental?

All our properties come fully furnished with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, soaps and detergents, paper goods and kitchen items for basic cooking needs. Some listings also include dedicated workspaces, additional parking, or access to arcade games and extras. 3. What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee of $75. This fee is collected to ensure internal processes are rescheduled to accommodate the early arrival or late departure as we then block off the calendar to prevent same day turnovers. This fee covers the calendar block!

4. Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. You may check the individual listing or contact us directly to confirm whether pets are welcome. Additionally, here’s a breakdown of our pet-friendly rentals for quick reference. We offer Pet Supply Rentals for guests traveling light—reserve items like sanitized bowls, bed blankets, or sofa covers through your Happy Stays dashboard, or let us know and we’ll add them to your reservation. Please first inquire for cats due to allergy purposes.

5. Is housekeeping provided during my stay?

For short stays, cleaning is handled before arrival and after departure. The cleaning fee covers this service. For longer stays, we recommend mid-stay cleanings to keep things fresh and make check-out easier. These are affordable and help maintain the home’s condition.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and length of stay. Please review the policy on your booking page or contact us for details. Please also let us know ahead of time if you have any concerns or needs that we need to consider! We strongly recommend SunTrip Preserver travel insurance—it offers peace of mind and reimbursement if the unexpected happens. Claims are subject to approval.

7. Do you offer long-term or mid-term stays?

Yes! We accommodate extended stays for guests such as traveling professionals, families during home renovations, or those on temporary assignments. Reach out to us to learn more about special rates for longer stays. We have Length of Stay discounts factored in for all listings; the longer your stay, the larger the discount to ensure those monthly rates are competitive and transparent.

8. Is travel insurance recommended?

Yes! Travel insurance costs 6.95% of your total reservation and protects your investment in case of emergencies or changes. It’s a small price for big peace of mind.
