Welcome to The Breaker House, a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach house in the heart of Virginia Beach's ViBe Creative District. Just four blocks from the Oceanfront and boardwalk and two blocks from the Convention Center, it puts you close to the beach, Atlantic Park, the Dome site and the area's best coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and boutiques.

This three-story home pairs bright, airy coastal style with the comforts of home. It has a classic double front porch framed by a white picket fence, an open-concept main floor made for gathering, and a third-floor bonus room built for fun. It's a spacious home, so your group has room to spread out, all within walking distance of the beach.

What to Expect Upon Arrival
Park in the private rear driveway off 20 1/2 Street, then follow the stone path around the side of the house to the front door. You'll let yourself in with your personal keyless entry code, which is sent before your stay. The front door opens into a bright main floor where the kitchen, living room and dining area flow together, so everyone stays connected whether you're cooking, relaxing or planning your next beach day.
The primary suite and the Queen and twin bedrooms are upstairs, and the top floor has another Queen bedroom and a bonus room with foosball, games and a big TV. It's the perfect hangout for kids, teens, or anyone who loves a little friendly competition.

The beach, boardwalk and oceanfront bike path are just four blocks away. Want to cruise the coast? Our neighbor rents out electric bikes. Local favorites like Three Ships Coffee, Pink Dinghy, Commune, Esoteric and Smartmouth Brewing are all nearby, and Harris Teeter is about ¾ mile away for groceries. Atlantic Park, the Virginia Aquarium and the Old Beach Farmers Market are all minutes away.

• Check-in 4:00 PM | Check-out 10:30 AM
• Street parking in front of the house is not permitted from 8 PM to 6 AM, or all day on Labor Day weekend and July 2–6. Please use the rear driveway.
• Our address is 518 21st Street. The neighbor behind us is 518 20 1/2 Street, so please double-check before entering!
• Stairs are somewhat steep. A pack-and-play is not provided, so if you're traveling with little ones, baby gear rentals are available.
• Minimum booking age is 25. No parties or events, no smoking inside, and no pets.
• Please keep noise down outdoors after 10 PM. The backyard is shared with neighbors, so evening socializing is best on the front porch or balcony.
• Beach gear, bikes and baby equipment rentals are available upon request. All items are delivered before arrival and picked up after departure, so you can pack light and settle in effortlessly.
